By installing or using Reply Coach, you agree to these terms.

1. License

Personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable. Do not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the extension or generated content as your own product.

2. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use Reply Coach to: send spam or harassment, impersonate others, violate LinkedIn's Terms of Service, reverse engineer our prompts, or resell/share license keys.

3. AI-generated content disclaimer

Generated replies are suggestions only. You are responsible for everything you send. We do not guarantee accuracy or outcomes. Review before sending.

4. Subscription & refunds

Pro: $9/month via Gumroad, cancel anytime. Lifetime: $79 once. 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Email support@replycoach.coach.

5. Availability

Depends on Anthropic Claude, Gumroad, LinkedIn. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Outages over 7 consecutive days warrant a prorated refund for Pro subscribers.

6. LinkedIn relationship

Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn or Microsoft. "LinkedIn" is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation; our use is descriptive only.

7. Limitation of liability

Maximum liability equals the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. No liability for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

Material changes announced 14 days in advance via extension notice or email.

9. Termination

Stop using anytime by uninstalling. We may terminate access for violations, with prorated refund.

10. Governing law

Hong Kong SAR for international users. EU users retain GDPR rights.
